Skip breakfast and you'll spend the whole morning thinking about your lunch, rather than focusing on the task in hand. A wasted morning will leave you feeling deflated and unmotivated, and it won't do anything to improve relations with your boss.

Don't be anyone other than yourself at work as playing a different persona will get exhausting. If you're in a job you hate because it requires you to be someone you're not, it's time to re-assess whether you're in the right industry.
